 Business Lunch
Large platter of assorted wraps & (or) sandwiches:
Varieties of turkey, roast beef, tuna salad, ham, most with cheese, and many with sauces such as pesto and Mendocino Mustard.
Homemade specialty salads such as Potato Salad, Pesto Penne Pasta with kalamata olives & sundried tomatoes and Asian Slaw are included with this lunch.

Freshly baked Ghirardelli Chocolate Brownies or Cookies round this lunch out, and we also can provide any type of bottled H2O or beverage.
Specialty Salad Lunch
No sandwiches, just amazing salads! All served with our corn bread muffins.
Made to feed any size group.
Traditional Cobb Salad: Grilled chicken breast, crumbled bacon, avocado, egg, blue cheese crumbles & tomatoes on top of fresh mixed greens. Two dressings, Ranch , Balsamic Vinaigrette, 1000 Island, Blue Cheese, Mango Cilantro Vinaigrette, Cilantro-Pepita Dressing & more.
Cabo Cobb Salad: Grilled chicken breast, red kidney beans, black olives, avocado, tomatoes, cotija cheese & crunchy tortilla strips. All on top of fresh mixed greens. Recommend Cilantro Pepita dressing or Mango-Cilantro Vinaigrette.
Asian Chicken Salad: Crisp greens with carrots, red cabbage, green onions topped with fresh grilled chicken breast & roasted almonds. Served with an AMAZING Asian sweet-spicy dressing.
Big Fat Greek Salad: Mixed Greens & spinach topped with artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, red onions, feta cheese. Recommend Balsamic Vinaigrette but all dressings available.
Pasta
We offer 3 pasta lunches. All pastas are served with french bread & butter and a tossed or Caesar salad.
Chicken Pesto Penne: Penne pasta in a delicious pesto-cream sauce, topped with fresh grilled chicken breast and artichoke hearts.
Dave’s Outrageous Lasagna: Super meaty & cheesy lasagna in a chunky
red sauce. Amazing!
Big-Red Pasta & Meatballs: Penne pasta or spaghetti tossed in our chunky red meat & veggie sauce & topped with lots of meatballs & Parmesan cheese.
Main Courses
Freshly prepared meat courses served with a variety of sides.
Choose from BBQ Pork Ribs, BBQ Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken,
Prime Rib, BBQ Tri Tip, and Chicken Marsala (in mushroom sauce).
